Personal Profile

Hi! My name is Danielle and I’m currently a year 3 student studying Creative Writing in TV and New Media at Singapore Polytechnic. I've always had a passion for stories ever since I was young.

From books and cartoons to TV shows and films, the way creators manage to make us feel all warm and fuzzy, cry over people who are NOT REAL or shake our fist at a SCREEN has always fascinated me. That's one of the reasons why I decided to join this course- to see the magic that goes on behind the scenes up close! Discovering the amount of effort and hard work that goes into every project has only made me appreciate stories even more.

Besides being like every other person out there who gobbles up TV shows and films at the speed of light on Netflix, some other things I like to spend my time doing are:

• Drawing 

• Challenging myself to learn songs on the piano by ear

• Collecting pretty stationary & journaling 

• Taking photos of nature and scenery, or pretty things in general (P.S. most of the photos on this site is taken by me! Except thumbnails and the ones with me inside)
